Our new Angelucci range of violas is temporarily out of stock, but features a choice of 15 1/2 or 16" length of back depending on your preferred size. Made from selected, figured tone wood, we believe that this is the best quality for price available any where. You choose the instrument, plus a bow from our student range AND a case with rosin included. Individually set up by Tim in our own workshops, this instrument is fitted with a "Despiau" French bridge and Dominant Strings

Our Cechino Cellini range of instruments is our most popular brand, and this student viola has a bright yet rich tone and is very easy on the shoulder at 15 1/2" length of back for the more petite player, or 16" for the larger bodied version. Made from selected tone woods and individually set up by Tim in our workshops to a very high standard including "Despiau" bridge and Dominant strings, it is superb value at £450 including VAT. We have a range of cases and bows to suit the most demanding player available at extra cost if desired.

For the first time we are offering a 15 1/2" viola in our Wilhelm Kirchner range. Constructed from superbly figured tone woods and with an antiqued finished, and fitted to Tim's usual high standard including Despiau bridge and Dominant stings, this is a really good instrument to play, and very attractive to look at. Suitable for students up to Grade VII. We have a range of cases and bows to suit the most demanding player available at extra cost if desired. Do contact us to arrange to try one of our violas in the music room.

Kirchner Viola only £550 inc. VAT

Made in Prague, our Jaroslav Krehbiel 16" viola is a good orchestral instrument and suitable for Grade VIII. Individually antiqued finish and of course fitted to Tim's usual high standard including Despiau bridge and Dominant stings. Truly individual craftsmanship is embodied in our Mathias Ivrogne range of violas. Individually made to Tim's exacting specifications each instrument is unique, and of course fitted to Tim's usual high standard including Despiau bridge and Dominant stings. These instruments are really special. Only available in 16" model at present. Suitable for Grade VIII and above. An interesting viola mesuring 161/4" length of back, a very easy instrument to play, beatifully set up and probably made in the early twentieth century. In very good condtion, no repairs, varnish with a slight, very fine crackeleur and or two minor scatches. It has a violin style neck and scroll for comfort and ease of transtion if you are used to playing the violin, and is a good size. Suitable for Grade VIII and above. We have a range of cases and bows to suit the most demanding player available at extra cost if desired.
